I've been having a problem where the videos that I play on my Raspberry Pi through Kodi stutter. people have told me to go into my player settings turn it on expert and change my render method and my HQ scalers. I for some reason cannot find these settings in the player setting under the processing settings they told me it would be under and I am wondering if they changed the location and if they did where I can find those settings
