Hi, I don't know which section to put this message hence posted here.

I haven't posted in the forum in weeks, and I'm pretty careful as to what I post. Was trying to log in today and found that I was banned?!? And not just that it appears to be some IP ban because I cant even access the forum as a guest! What should I do? Using a VPN and alternate ID to post this.

Which IP address is causing the issue? It may be that the address has been used previously by a spammer or similar and has been banned for that, and you've now inherited it and so can't get access as a result.

If you can let us know the address we can look into it.

My IP address is 183.87.154.11

Yes, that IP address was banned in November last year.

I've removed the ban, try it again and see if it works.
