Greetings Kodi!
I am Saksham Banga from Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT), Jodhpur. I aspire to participate in GSoC 2018 by developing the Add-ons submission portal (Project id 4.5.3).
I am currently proficient in Node JS as well as Flask and thus would love to know if there is a strict preference for any particular framework(or inclination towards one) out of the 2 to be used.
Answering this would help me in the completion of my proposal draft for the project in accordance with the above

Well I think it might come in handy to use python as a basis as you can then hopefully use our other python tools to check the submitted addon for problems easily.
