A quick search on Google will bring many subtitle services, you might have to register to use them.

Ahh but does anyone know of a good one that will work as a Kodi add-on?

I've signed up with Subscene but I'm not a heavy subtitle user, usually the disks etc come with them if needed. On the rare occasion, I will do a browser search for a subtitle and manually add if I can find one. A qucik look and I found OpenSubtitles still an operational web site. If the add-on no longer works, you could check the support forums for subtitles and see if there's some patch.

I believe for Opensubtitles it is now required to register.
I rarely have to look for subs, but when i do i use subscene as they also provide EN + NL subs.
