Logfile
Neither of you have provided a debug log.
To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Always use a paste site like pastebin.com. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
Some Movies work some not here the debug logfile.
My advancedsettings.xml  works well on 2 other machines and on My Shield before on Kodi 17 and SMPC without problems.

I tested the Movies the dont work in Kodi 18 in SPMC one thing i noticed are the fps in kodi goes from 23.4 under 15 and in SPMC the fps are always 23.4-24.4.
I found the Problem but i dont know why maybe some of you know why .
This entry in my  advancedsettings.xml
<cache>
      <buffermode>1</buffermode>
      <memorysize>139460608</memorysize>
      <readfactor>10</readfactor>
    </cache>

And now are the fps are constant 23.4-24.4
but the same buffer settings work on smpc without problems and a little bit different on 2 zotac zbox with libreelec (kodi 17)
If changing your cache settings helps it, then the problem is probably your network.
Strange but okay Smile
Same network same shield same settings Kodi 18 and spmc.
Kodi 18 with problems smpc all okay.
The settings are from the Kodi wiki
But it's no problem I deleted the cache settings an all is okay. Smile
Thanks for your help!!
