Hi everyone.

How can I create a list with randon unwatched movies?

And also a list for next episodes to watch? It could be the next episode of a serie that I am watching or a first episode of a serie that I didn't start to watch.

Some of the skins off this feature right on the home screen, but once you start targeting sequences of a series it gets a bit more complex. I might suggest you investigate a program call Lazy TV an add-on that will handle more than just TV shows and can even be hooked into smart playlists. https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:LazyTV
