I have a NUC 5i5RYH using Windows 10 fully updated. Every 30 minutes exactly to the second my stream stutters for less than half a second. I know this is a Windows thing and not a Kodi thing but would appreciate the opinion of someone with more knowledge than me.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.
Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.
Restart Kodi
3.
Replicate the problem.
If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.
In both instances, you should see the word
DEBUG throughout the log.
Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Always use a paste site like pastebin.com. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum

" Likely some task is utilizing/monopolizing the network at a higher priority almost like a cron task, some network monitoring utility might flush it out. I don't think windows calls home every 30 minutes like clock work, smells of bs software. A proper debug would either show or eliminate Kodi as the source.
