Kodi have important feature to switch display refresh rate (Adjust display refresh rate) via Google API (WindowsManager).

Please add option to switch not only refresh rate, but also resolution. So if we have 720p24 or 1080p24 movie for example and TV/display default resolition is 4K, Kodi will switch not to 2160@24, but 720@24 and 1080@24. This will allow users to get maximum quality, because 4K TV scaler always have better quality than Android-boxes scaler.
