My channels are playing in complete randomness regardless of the settings.
eg. episode 8 > episode 2 > episode 7...

It started happening after I tried to create advanced channel rules. 

Is there a fix for that?
I tried to remove the addon and reinstall it. It didn't help. It remembers the settings I've had before removing it.

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

v.0.8.x is no longer supported. The upcoming v.0.9.x should fix most if not all issues experienced in previous builds.
