Folks,

First time poster, sorry if this has been answered.  I have been looking for a week or so and haven't been able to sort it out.

I'm having issues getting the menu for The Dark Knight (2008).iso which I copied as an iso using DVDFab.  I have tried on the current release version (17.6) and this is the result I'm getting:

https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/ym6QSBg5Kk/

As I understand it BD-J isn't really supported on 17.6.

I decided to be brave and try the current development release which is this one: kodi-20180412-2fe8c8ba-master-x86_64

Here is the error message I'm getting:

https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/KjdftrJg75/

As I endeavor to see a bluray menu, I believe my current snag is that I'm missing a library.  I got a copy of the library libbluray-j2se-1.0.2.jar online, but I don't know where to put it. (Macos 10.13.04 with JRE 1.8.0_162-b12 installed)  I have tried several locations that made sense to no avail.  Can someone tell me where to put this thing?

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,
Duane

No, it's not. This is only a small portion of what you got in the Kodi log file. We prefer to have the full, unedited version, as bugs and errors can start at any moment. Smile

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Always use a paste site like pastebin.com. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
Thanks for the reply!  Here is a paste of the entire log from my run in v18.

Any thoughts here folks?

The forum moderators have determined that Banned_addons (wiki) are present on your system. To receive assistance here, these banned items must be removed. If a clean log is not submitted within 3 days, then the relevant post(s) will be removed after this time.
Sorry folks,  I uninstalled the addons, but clearly they left behind remnants.  I wiped the ~/Library/Application Support/Kodi directory, so hopefully they're gone.

Thanks Rechi!

I am comforted that it's not just a configuration error on my part.  Is there a way I can help?

Here is the log:

It appears to hang on a blank screen, and the process is unresponsive and has to be killed.
