In the TV Guide listing, the Runtime is out by a few minutes All 7 entries on that page are incorrect.

Is this something you can look at, or is it an add-on issue like the Ratings of a few months ago?

I am using v10.5.15 on Win10 Kodi v17.6. TV Show- Next Aired v7.0.1

That's probably an addon issue.

I bet all your issues will be fixed if you use the official version: 6.0.15.

Yes, installing v6.0.15 fixed the Runtime issue. Also displays tv show posters.
