Before Uninstall the alpha should I backup something or only my library database will be saved so I should just reinstall the main program?
No need to uninstall anything. You are not saying much in the way of Operating System but if you are using Windows, running the new installation (.exe) should do it all for you seamlessly. It will remove the application files while keeping all your personal data.
