Hi at all!
I have a question that gives me an headache for month.
Before I was using Kodi I used DVBViewer Pro as Media Center. At this Software I could choose which HW Acceleration I want to choose.
I choosed deliberately Intel iGPU.
..Because:
I have two Monitors.
#1: TV
#2 Monitor
Im using my PC as streaming client (SMB, DVB-S) and Gaming Rig as well. Most of the time parallel.
If Im watching Kodi and playing some Games my AMD GPU will be used for HW Acceleration AND Gaming as well. This give me an freezing Video and/or freezing Game.
So I want HW Acceleration done by my iGPU, since there are no troubles with Video and gaming at the same time. Thats the way I was using DVBViewer Pro without problems.
Is it somehow possible to tell Kodi to force use iGPU instead of AMD GPU?
I hope I explained good enough to understand. English isnt my primary language.
