Sorry, but none of those 'logs' are proper kodi
debug log (wiki) files.
We need FULL debug-enabled log files where everything is logged.

By the way, I've misunderstood one more big thing. This was not skin specific issue.
I can't install any addons from kodi repo. (but can install from 3rd)

Just get us the full kodi.log, so we can get more details of your Kodi device. Right now there is not even a clue as to which OS you are running Kodi on and which hardware it is about.
