My copy of Tinymediascrapper today started saying tvdb scrapping is for donator only?
Is that correct?

The TVDB API site is currently offline. Their website is still available. You will need to wait until they restore the service.

Well, current 2.9.11 version has an error.
When the TVDB is not available on startup (and that happened more often recently) the scraper is NOT displayed.

The TVDB and others who are "donator" versions, are basically your installed Kodi scrapers we try to execute.
This works to some point, but not 100%.
(It's getting better with next version)

But to answer: No, it's not, it's just not visible
You might want to try lates pre-release, which has already a fix for that behaviour.
(At least, the scraper stays visible, and reconnects on need)

nope - the tvdb scraper is free for all; I think you see the Kodi: TVDB scraper (and the Kodi scraper plugin is for donators only at the moment)..
scroll down a bit and you should see the tmm-TVDB plugin. If not, please restart tmm and look again (there is a display issue for this scraper which gets fixed in the next version)
