As a last resort you could download the addon zip files including their prerequisites (listed in their own addon.xml), extract them in the addons folder and enable them in kodi addon browser.

Good and bad news mate, at least we have a sign of life:
I manually extracted and installed every single required addon successfully and even Nebula installed with no warnings.
But just when I head to the Home view a message appears:
'Skin Shortcuts error - Check the log for more information.' And then I can't click on the shortcuts, there's nothing appearing.
Would you like to visualize this log?
The skinshortcuts addon requires:
script.module.simplejson
script.module.unidecode <--- seems to be missing
Tgx
Excellent, 'script.module.unidecode' was the missing piece that was not listed as a prerequisite on 'addon.xml'.
It is now fully functional.
I notice changes for the new layout, the menu options are now slightly moved to the upper section of the screen, giving space to a history of 'Recently played albums' and 'Video addons' at the bottom, is that correct?
Many thanks for your workaround.
The latest version has a new look.

The skin is awesome, I'm enjoying every bit of it.
Thanks for your support.
Just one problem appeared, when I try to scan the movies to the library it blocks me giving a error message from The Movies Database
"Couldn’t download information - Unable to connect to remote server".
If i use a clean installation with the previous v5.0.0, everything scans normally.
This does not depend on the skin... there’s a missing addon
Tgx
I understand, but without this scan I can't open the nice 'Movies' section of the skin.
Could you please help me figure out this issue?
I've figured that it's not an isolated problem to The Moviedb extension, but I don't have internet connection for Kodi at all.
I discovered the source of the problem, that happens after the installation of script.skin.helper.service.

A temporary solution is to remove every extension installed in the 'addon' folder, scan the movies and then return everything to the folder.
I'll still be without internet connection for Kodi afterwards, but not without the skin.
That's a fix I'll have to wait until the next 'Leia' release.
I appreciate the help given by this forum,
Thank you very much.
