I have a NAS win7 desktop.
Win10 16gb ram, 8gb grafix amd 6core. Use's kodi krypton.
Odroid xu4 ubuntu-mate. Use's kodi krypton.

The win10 freez's and speeds up a momint later too catchup to the play back position. It seems to only hapen ween my odroid is playing.

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

ahh.. It terns out after I defrag the NAS it runs fine.
