i've reinstalled multiple times and even deleted  addon27, here's my kodi log.

A very short log and stops on display checks which is indicative of graphics card/driver issues. The AMD Radeon HD 8650G is not that old so maybe checking your drivers and installing updated vendor drivers may fix the issue?

nope my drivers are up to date, my drivers are Legacy drivers which means they stopped pushing out new updates. so there's no work around? i cant run kodi?

What does that mean? What xml thing are you doing? What is with the 2015 C++ ?

i read the forms if the files wasn't doing crash logs you could advancedsetting.xml in userdata/appdata, and i've also read visual c++ redistributable could fix crash issues so i downloaded 15/17, i got it to work since my build has two types of graphics, and there's really no way or tool to do switchable graphics, i just went into device manger and disabled one. and boom kodi works, thanks.
