New here so please be gentle. I've added a number of films with no issues but when I try adding TV shows nothing shows up in my library, I've read numerous threads on here including the correct way to name things but I can't solve it. The TV shows are Seinfeld and Fawlty Towers, I'm sourcing them from my hard drive through the path D:/TV Shows/Seinfeld/S_S05E01.mkv etc, I've also tried the file name Seinfeld S05E01.mkv but nothing shows up. Here's the url to the debug log I ran, thanks in advance.

Hello @
Jediblade
Only one problem with the log. You did not run an Update Library which will show us what the scanner and scraper are doing. So could you redo your log, this time running an Update Library. Remember to enable debugging again.
Also, here is the guide to setting up the library...
https://kodi.wiki/view/Naming_video_files Have a browse and see if you missed any steps.
Thanks, just to be clear. The steps I need to take are
1) Re-start kodi.
2) Turn on logging
3) try to add the TV shows I want.
4) Update the library.
5) check the url and send it in
is that correct ?
Close...
1. Turn on logging
2. Restart Kodi
3. Add the TV Shows you want- either by an Update Library or individually via Videos>Files and calling up Information...
https://kodi.wiki/view/Updating_or_remov...To_Library
4. Upload the log and post the URL like you did for the last log.
Right, here is your problem....
cpp:
(path: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodi\addons\metadata.tvdb.com', content: 'tvshows', version: '2.0.5')
You are using a very old and defunct scraper version. You need to update to v3.0.5
Go to Add-ons>My Add-ons and pull out the left sideblade menu and select
Check for updates...
https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_manager#Le...debar_menu
Your add-on should auto-update to v3.0.5 If not, then go to TheTVDB add-on settings page and select Update.
There is new version couse have same problem...
