Full Version: FireTV: How to remove everything from Music menu except Files and Addons?

I'm still using v16.1 on my FireTVs for several reasons, but I won't get into that. One of my FireTVs shows several utterly unwanted menu items (in the Confluence skin) for music. Things like Artist, Album, Genre and whatever else. I absolutely do NOT want any of them, I only want Files and Add-ons.

Which settings xml file or whatever do I need to edit to make this change?

Thanks!
PS: In the file "guisettings.xml", I found a settings group named <viewstates> that included all of those unwanted entries. I used adbLink to edit guisettings.xml to remove those entries, saved it, exited adbLink. I then restarted adbLink and examined that file and determined that they were all gone now except for Files.

But when I entered Kodi from the FireTV in question, nothing had changed!  All those unwanted submenus of Music were still there!

So there must be something more I must do to get rid of them.  What is that?
