Hi!
This is my first post, so please be patient...
I'm having trouble viewing channel TV4 (Sweden) in Kodi via tvheadend. This is an old problem that has been around for years and is still present in the latest Kodi nightlies. For some reason the error is not visibile on my old htpc but any other kodi installation shows the problem (Windows and Linux alike). I have made a recording of the problem and the recording plays fine in vlc but not in kodi. The problematic file is in my google drive along with a log file:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...sp=sharing
When playing the file at around 8 seconds in, the screen temporarily shows garbage. It looks like some frames are out of order or something, causing severe flickering or something. VLC plays it nicely.
The problem shows up also when viewing live tv via htsp/tvheadend but since it is present in the normal video player and VLC can handle it, I would say/hope that something in kodi could be fixed to handle this.
Should I file a bug report? Is this a know problem?
Thanks!
