Is there a way to put specific location for addon and instal the same

For the line l now already but l need to implement to my skin opcion to install addon,
for extract addon l have line but in kodi 18 then l need manually to enable addon

Even for any skin creator to offer more possibility without bla bla explanation, you need this addon or this addon .
