Hi Matt

Just had to update widevine cdm for lightbox, and now having a lot of buffering issues, every few minutes.  Rock solid 50Mb/sec link to spark on an OSMC 4K+ box.  Nothing else changed except this.  any ideas?
Also, you mentioned you had loaded an update to check for future revisions of widevine - how do i get that update?
I have your repository 0.6.6

There is a github issue here:
https://github.com/peak3d/inputstream.ad...issues/305

Nothing I can do unfortunately.

I did just push 0.5.6 of the add-on.

This allows you to rollback Widevine to another version.
Once updated, go to the add-on settings, then Install Widevine CDM. Then select the old version.
If playback works - it should fix the buffering issue.

However, many services will no longer work with the older version.
In that case, follow the above steps again and install the latest version again
yes unfortunately lightbox doesnt work with the old cdm version.  good that people know about the present issue though. i've just seen my new version 0.5.6 come through.  thanks matt.

actually im not seeing that issue - its more like network cant keep up every 30secs to 1 min or so.  it must be related cause this only happened after the cdm update.
Actually, again, it might be that issue

I’ve got random 100% on one of the arm cores and I bumped the stream back to 750p and all is good. Hopefully a fix coming soon.
Correct, old widevine version doesn't appear to work anywhere.
I'll remove it
