I would love to have a feature that ignores the local information when updating the library and just uses the information from the internet. I know I can achieve this by updating every movie one by one, but that will take forever.

Why not just bulk rename/delete all your .NFO files?

I use the movies for other systems that need the local information, but for kodi the internet information is way better.
