Hi guys, I am wondering if it possible to stream high resolution audio files (96k/192') without losses to a mobile via wlan for listening.
Is there an app out there for something? Is Kodi delivering max quality when streaming?
Mike
Kodi is not really a server, it only does UPnP/DLNA for sharing. And also for audio, your music files need to be scraped into Kodi's audio library.
I have no idea if UPnP puts up any restrictions when transferring audio files, but there is probably only 1 way to find that out. Just try it out.

I'm not quite sure what you want, but I think the answer to both is yes.
Also I fully recommend tagging you music collection and using the music library to access it
However you can use Kodi to simply play files, and I think Yatse can be used to cast streams from Kodi from one device to another, not so sure about Kore. It is not something I have actually done, but maybe check out the app side of things.
It should be possible yes, try the Chorus 2 web interface as a first step.
Let us know your results.
