Hi im steven can somebody with more knowelege than me please help me find out how to hard reset the sumvision cyclone x4 tv player as its stuck on sumvision main screen and wont go beyond that ? Thank you .

Ive emailed them but 6 hours awaiting responce , its appatently througj remotr .
