So it just doesn't update on my Nvidia Shield, and I'm unable to manually refresh a movie (I noticed a movie that was incorrectly scrapped and tried to manually refresh it with the refresh button did nothing, no dialog).  I created a debug log but it was too big to paste, in fact half of it was too big to paste.  Here's the first part:

Also, I forgot to mention: I was able to update my Library in my Windows 10 machine (which is actually running 17.3, not 17.6 like the Nvidia Shields are)

My issue is solved.  After the update, the refresh button wasn't even present.  I realized it was as simple as Universal Scraper not being installed...doh

I just wanted to add that mine was resolved too.  The option to scrape based on tag data rather than filenames had somehow been turned on, and as none of mine have tags they couldn't be identified.  Once turned off it went back to working perfectly.

We are going to need a lot more information than that. Please provide a Debug Log which captures you trying to scrape the movie.

But it looks like the TV-shows playlist is not updating anymore
i removed the playlist and the link to the directory, so a complete library update must be done
But now i see only the covers no content of the tv shows anymore

I also added a movie at a other playlist
and those are normally added when i update the library

so looks there is a problem with the TV shows

OK the scraper is broken v3.5.5. But only for TV-shows? 

For a working solution i should install an other scraper , from you link  
But if im correct that is a add-on which must be new installed
I have to check if i can get it working(im not so experienced) , but i could also wait . maybe it is fixed next week or so ?

Im using themovieDB.org for movies, kids-movies and TV-Shows
version 3.5.6  

now in installed the add-on TMDb TV-Shows 1.1.18
And used it at TV-Shows, now it is working again

But is this a temporarily solution 
What is the difference between these scrapers ?

This is the original scraper which is based on XML Regex

This is the new scraper based on Python. It is still in testing but has already become the default tv show scraper in v19.
