It's no longer present upon installation of Leia beta 4.
Is there somewhere else I can get it from?
I'm not sure I follow are you referring to the new binary repo?
I'm installing via uwp which is not supported by the binary repository so i would expect this addon to still be in the kodi repo unless i'm mistaken?
When I look at the change log :

IPTV Simple Client PVR Addon backend client maintained and available from Kodi's community
None of which explains why it isn't in beta 4
I have the same problem there is no more simple client between PVR clinets, what should i do?
I have that problem on xbox one
Seems it was accidentally broken, a fix is on the way.
You will have to wait till next update which will be somewhere .........
So share us IPTV Simple Client as a zip addon for Xbox One/UWP and everyone will be happy.

That's not possible for UWP
Happened when I upgraded version check earlier
Is there going to be a fix before the next Kodi update? Hope so as I use it alot
Anyway of going back to beta3 on Xbox one. It automatically updated and as others have said has now disappeared.
