Can we also download the repo that has simple iptv from somewhere?
Beta 5 has just been released, which should include the IPTV PVR. Please update if you can and confirm, or if needed wait a little while for the update to fully roll out if it isn't available to you yet.
And no, there is no repo you can download. If there was the Xbox UWP install would be using the same binary repo as most of the other platforms. But the set-up MS have put together doesn't allow it.
