script.kodi.android.update don't works anymore since kodi-20181023-64236516-master-arm64-v8a.apk on shield 2015 (Oreo 8.0.0)
Not absolutely sure from when. I will make some test and post a log with pleasure if asked.
what happen :
- script.kodi.android.update is launched
- the archive kodi nightlies selected is downloaded
- kodi is shut down automaticaly at the download end
- nothing is prompted. the archive kodi-xxx.apk seems not launched on Shield TV
before investigate more if someone can make a test to confirm or not this issue it would be great

I have manually upgrade Kodi with kodi-20181029-ab5576dc-master-arm64-v8a.apk and make a test with script.kodi.android.update.
Always the same issue.
I have uninstall "script.kodi.android.update" and reinstall "script.kodi.android.update"
