installed new update so it crashes off and on the last version didnt do this

Please provide your log or we have to move this post into the speculation and story telling section.

not sure what you mean by debug log

If you click the link, Debug Log (it is in blue- global standard indicator that it is a link) you will discover what he means.

This is a great place to get help with a Kodi problem. You do have to put in a little effort yourself.

You come on this forum and only say "It doesn't work", and you don't even mention any specifications of the device you have installed Kodi on. For all I can tell, you may have tried to upgrade a dish washer to the latest Kodi version.

Sorry, but we have no crystal ball with which we can magically see what is going wrong. Without a debug log (wiki) we cannot see what is happening on your Kodi device. If you need more help on it, just say so.
