Hi,

short question:
is it possible that i have different key mappings on the silver Apple remote in different skins ?
Everything was working fine as i know it from all over the years.
But now i donated to the Aeon MQ8 skin and there i have the problem when i want to go back from my series or movies library view to the main menu, i have to click 2 times back through the nodes. 
On other skins i get directly to the main menu.

How to change that ? I searched for keyboard.xml and remote.xml in the skin but found nothing.

You can‘t make it skin dependent. But you could use different profiles and have each profile using a different remote mapping.

Though I never used profiles and have no idea how good this would work.

Very strange for me:
I installed Kodi V18RC3 on my iMac. With standard skin my Apple remote is working like i want. Then i installed the Aeon MQ8 Skin and here it's also like on my Mac Mini.
Home Button in Movies Library shows me at first the nodes than home screen :-(

So it looks like that it's the wrong forum - skin related. But i searched the xml files and found nothing remote related - no entries.
