Here is log, I don't know where I went wrong. Reinstalled recently and just re-inputting my settings from before and now I don't know how to fix withour reinstalling (which I would like to avoid). Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I see "

If you want to manually change it over, look for "
guisettings.xml" in the
userdata directory. In there, you should find a line that reads something like:

<webserverport>8000</webserverport>
.. change that with Kodi stopped then try starting, see if that temporarily fixes your issue.
