Noticed using the Roosterteeth addon. Video and audio pick up at about the 5 second mark of videos. I am unsure if there's some setting that could be causing this.

After some additional testing, there is apparently some variance with this. Some videos only cut off the first 1-2 seconds, while others (like the example in the debug log) cut off 4-5.

Just for the sake of traceability, I ended up creating a bug for this issue after I investigated it further. It apparently was not limited to Xbox/UWP.
