I've recently brought firestick 4k and have set it up wth kodi to watch tv streamed from my win 7 WMC PC.
Other channels seem to work correctly but ITV HD plays for a few seconds then the screen freezes, the audio continues for a few more seconds then stops. when i click stop it locks up kodi and i have to force close it.
This happens with live and recorded TV.  I've tries running serverwmc with the 'remux everything' setting but this makes no difference.
If I turn off all hardware accelleration in kodi then files play but there are lots of dropped frames and the audio becomes out of sync, I guess without HA the stick isn't powerfull enough to do the decoding work.

Bad news:  Since kodi can't play the recording, there isn't really anything I can do about it in pvr.wmc/serverwmc.  The file would need to be submitted to the kodi team with a bug report.  The bad news is another wmc/swmc user reported doing this recently and the kodi guys responded that wtv is a dead format and will no longer make changes to support it.
