My Kodi is now suddenly running in windowed mode with the option greyed out to change the selection, Kodi has not been updated, no addons have been updated. How has this happened and how do I change it back?

I went to work, came back and it was like this

I have the same problem, I'm not sure if Pie caused it or 18.3
