The addon is throwing an error for me. I'm running Kodi 18 on a nVidia Shield TV. Here is the relevant portion of the log. Let me know if there is anything further you need.

Same error for me on nvidia shield with Kodi 18.1.

Sling's not starting up for me on a Pi3 running LibreElec 9.0.0. Here's the log:
