Hello,

I am running Kodi 18 Leia and for any user other than the master, I cannot add a skin from the Interface Menu option to "Get More..." skins.  i can add a skin via the "Add-Ons" option and then going through the repository but not the default way.  Uninstalling and reinstalling did not solve the problem. 

This is for Kodi v18 64-bit version dated January 28 downloaded and from the site, not the Windows store.

Yes, this is a known issue. Profiles are in a bad shape, but fixes are underway for v19

You will need to use the workarounds as you have already discovered.

i have the same issue . i downloaded the last alpha version and the bug was not yet fixed.
the second profile stay in restricted mode ..
