I use shitty build from this location http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/android/arm/
in my case DTS & DD passthrough started to work fine, but there is one new blocker. When playback starts TV sound switches to 100% and instead of normal sound I get noise. It happens every time I start playback. TV gets full noise while optical plays 5.1 sound quite fine.

Normal Kodi version passes sound only to one direction - internal speakers or optical. Shitty is different. Any idea how to cancel white noise?

No support at all. Exactly what you experience is the result of why this build is called "shitty". Fix the root-case - FW of your TV / android box.
