Please do a search for "webos" in this forum, as even if you tick the box for "search titles only" when you do that search you will get see that there already are a multitude of old thread where that exact question have already been asked before. Short answer to the question is however "no" and that is because of LG's WebOS does not support native C/C++ applications such as Kodi is, (LG's WebOS only supports web apps written in "HTML with copious amounts of CSS and JavaScript for style and functionality", which Kodi cannot be ported to). Your only hope would be for LG to add support for native C/C++ applications to then WebOS, and that is up to LG, not Kodi.
