I've some problems with the fps-rate on live-tv.
normally it is 50 fps and every thing is fine. but after some time the rate drops under 50pfs.
I tried on a fresh system Ubuntu server 18.04.2 and KODI nightly 18.2.

I use a Geforce GTX750ti.

I checked again with Kodi 17.6 and it didn't happend.
so there seems to be something wrong?
