Hi I'm running Kodi 18 on the nvidia shield and I keep getting a pop up that says " no pvr addon enabled" with an address to learn more, I've reinstalled Kodi and just did an factory reset on the shield and the pop up still remains, any help to get rid of it would be appreciated before I go insane, don't want a pvr just need the pop to go away

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.
Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.
Restart Kodi
3.
Replicate the problem.
4.
Upload the log to
Kodi Paste Site manually or use the
Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.
If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the
advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)
In both instances, you should see the word
DEBUG throughout the log.
Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs

As a follow up I cannot get into any settings as the pop up always appears even after reinstalling,, please help
How does the pop up prevent you from accessing the settings? Can't you just Esc the pop-up?
