Clean install of kodi 18.1 on clean shield tv with latest android tv version. Shield tv has also been factory reseted. When I try access from kodi repositories that using https links i got error in log file:

ERROR: CCurlFile::FillBuffer - Failed: SSL connect error(35)

Any plugin that using ssl connections are not working to. I got this error in log:

I tried older kodi verrsion 17. Many times factory reset on shield and nothing helps. I got samsung s9 in same network and everything is ok with 18.1 but shield has problems. Any help?

i'm having the same issues on my android phone (oneplus 5 android 9.0), but only when connected to my home vpn from outside the network. very strange. have you found a solution yet?

edit: nevermind, it was me forgetting to authorize my IP on my smart dns.
