RPI3: Just updated to latest kodi build and subtitles are not working anymore. Doesn't display them.

Known issue?
What type of subtitles are not working anymore?
What OS is running on your RPi?

Anykind of subs are not working. Either downloaded, in-file or external on hdd (same folder). I have no idea what OS does this run on. It just boots to kodi on restart.
Is there any way to revert to older version of kodi? somekind of addon?

Hi! Sorry for late reply. here is the log: https://paste.osmc.tv/tuzuxodava

by searching "subtitles" some suspicious activity thou there might be other entries too.
Code:
2019-04-30 22:08:16.725 T:1480377056 DEBUG: ffmpeg[583CC2E0]: [matroska, webm] Could not find codec parameters for stream 3 (Subtitle: hdmv_pgs_subtitle (pgssub)): unspecified size 2019-04-30 22:08:16.725 T:1480377056 DEBUG: ffmpeg[583CC2E0]: [matroska, webm] Consider increasing the value for the 'analyzeduration' and 'probesize' options
seems to be the issue. Not clear if this is a a kodi issue of file issue.
Can you test the file using kodi 18 on another platform (windows/linux)?
Does it play okay with a different media player (e.g vlc/mplayer)?

Its not a file issue. All subtitles stopped working upon kodi update. All subtitles worked fine before this update. Also double checked with mplayer in PC and no problems with subs. So this seems to be kodi issue.
anyone?
