I used Aeon Mq 8 on french langage and i don't see apostrophes in my name files, why ?

I too have noticed this even with other characters. For example the movie Æon Flux only shows up as "on Flux" for me. It's probably a font thing I guess.
Yes, it's missing a few chars in default font used.
But I have apostrophe

Is there a work around to this issue, or is it safe to say that a different font would have to be used instead?

It´s possible edit the font and insert manually with proper software. But it´s no simple task for many of us.
If it´s critical, better use arial font, it´s more universal.
