Why as Kodi 18 lost the subtitle control in Audio Settings, yes I found how to turn subtitles off but there are times I would want to turn subs back on and doing this by using System/Language is just to long winded.

You probably haven't looked closely enough, but Subtitles have their own icon in the OSD menu nowadays.
There is no need to dive into the Settings / Language option.

If I can jump on this question, I have lost the audio/video/subtitle buttons from the right of the OSD. I keep reading that this happens in kiosk mode but I’m unable to find how to disable it despite much searching.
