Running into an odd issue with a playlist being paused after loading, but only if it happens under a certain circumstance.

Details
  • Smart playlist named WelcomeHome randomly pulls 100 songs from a designated folder.
  • Using a Harmony remote
  • The "Blue" button has been mapped to run the playlist.
  • I've programmed my Harmony to press the "Blue" button at the end of the "Watch Kodi" activity. When this triggers, the playlist plays, but then immediately pauses.
  • However, if I'm already using Kodi and I actually press the physical "blue" button the playlist plays normally, uninterrupted. 
Below are logs from each instance with a fresh restart for each. I don't think the remote is sending a "pause" as I don't see it in the log, but I could be mistaken. Any ideas or help appreciated.
