Hello, I have a question. Is there a way offline movies with a hint that the movie is on iTunes or Google etc.?
Offline movies, as in locally stored movies?
Kodi nor scraped videos have a search option into iTunes or Google.
Kodi doesn't even have a web browser onboard.

Enlighten us: if you have the movie locally already, what is the point of searching on iTunes or Google?
Perhaps your definition of "offline movies" is different from mine.

I feel that the agathokl3s meant movies that are not really "offline" but "offline for Kodi" so to speak. Movies that can be watched either on Blu Ray, iTunes, Google Playstore or whatever but one wants to have the movie in the library.
@agathokl3s: If my interpretation is correct, maybe Media stubs would help ? wiki: Media Stubs

You should be able to put any message in the disc stub e.g. or perhaps I've missed something?

<discstub>
  <message>Message to be displayed</message>
</discstub>

Stick it in the folder and call it Title_on_the_shelf.dvd.disc Media stubs (wiki) and https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=239653
