Hi all.
I've just booted up my new Fire Stick 4K and installed Kodi 18.3 32 bit from the Kodi site. Unfortunately no matter what I do it wont play back my MKV Blu Ray rips smoothly.
The audio plays just fine, but the video seems to be playing at roughly half speed.
The TV is a few years old and probably won't support 24fps playback, but until today I was using a Vero 4K without any playback issues (Just remote control issues).
I've searched around and found other playback issues with this fire stick, but nothing that seems to match.
Debug Log
Line 993 has the playback of Harry Potter if that helps.

Some settings may be strange as I've literally tried everything I can think of to get it working.

Thanks in advance

John
No. Bad luck for you :-)

Very seldom, those Blurays with VC1 Codec, > 90% are H264. The problem is the codec. Recode it to h264 and it will work. VC-1 support very bad on most Android devices.
Thanks. I tried a few but somehow I managed to find films that were all VC-1. I’ve tried some H264 and they work fine. Looks like I have some converting to do. Any tips for quickly seeing which are VC-1?
