Hello,
I have Kodi v17.6 installed on a windows 10 PC, v18.3 on an android Google Nexus 10, and v17.3 on an old windows 7 laptop, and v17.3 on a second Windows 7 PC.
The problem I have is that, using TVheadend HTSP Client to watch IPTV channels, all the HD channels on the second PC will buffer constantly for a while then the stream will be jumping and/or the image will scramble etc, while the very same channels on all other installations work perfectly fine!
The specs of the PC with the problem is the following:
Windows 7 64bit
Intel i5 750
16GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD6950
SSD
All the settings in Kodi exactly match those on the windows7 laptop, which has no problems with these HD channels.
I have tried installing v18.3, with the same result, the only difference is that it will be constantly buffering there, while on 17.3 it's buffering for a while and then the steam will just be breaking up, slipping etc.
Would anyone have an idea what might be the problem? The only 'major' difference in specs really is in the graphics, as the problematic PC has an AMD GPU, while the other pc and the laptop have Nvidia.
Thanks
